The season is drawing to a close, with only one round of fixtures left. This season for many La Liga watchers has been the best season in recent history. That being said, I felt it would be an appropriate time to pick my own best eleven from the league season.   Goalkeeper: Keylor Navas (Levante) Despite Levante having a -7 goal difference the Costa Rican has been in magnificent form amassing a superb 16 clean sheets.     The writing was on the wall. This game always upsets some one but everyone seemed to have ignored that little fact. In 2o11 Málaga came to the Vicente Calderon needing a win to stay up but Atlético were playing for a European place. Málaga hammered Atlético by three goals to nil. Atleti would qualify for the Europa League that year but only with a little help from Real Madrid. Málaga stayed up and went on a shopping spree. […]
